Amy Carlin is a native Texan and South Texas College of Law alumnus. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Houston. Amy has handled family law matters exclusively since 2010 and has extensive experience in contested custody disputes, adoptions, complex property issues in divorce cases, modifications, enforcements, bench trials, jury trials, and appeals.
Amy is a member of several professional associations, including the State Bar of Texas, the American Bar Association-Family Law Division, Houston Bar Association-Family Law Section, Texas Family Law Foundation, Texas Bar College and Burta Rhoads Raborn Family Law American Inn of Court. Amy actively volunteers in the community for the South Texas College of Law Mentor Program, Child Advocates and Be A Resource.
